Abstract

This article aims to analyze the appointments of the offices of the Customs administration ofthe city of Sao Sebastiao do Rio de Janeiro, in seven hundred. In this sense, investigates astructure network that was part of the dynamics of Customs and the Portuguese Empire. Stilldiscusses the lawfulness and unlawfulness of Judge Manoel Corrêa Vasques. Finally, analyzethe conflict of jurisdictions of the institutions of the Portuguese Empire. The Senate of Houseand the Government of Rio de Janeiro, allow us to compose the dynamics of the PortugueseAtlantic Empire and understand the conflict, exposed in opinions and correspondence.
