Abstract

This article proposes a discussion about the current balance of power in the former Portuguese system,particularly for such practices policies pursued by ouvidores in distant colonial mining stops, they legitimized by a court that reason corporate and deeply mark the policy in Portugal until at least theministry pombalino.
